About the Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner based in United Kingdom.
This is a fully remote Product Owner role focused on connecting client needs, business objectives, and technical execution.
You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap definition through continuous iteration and improvement.
A major part of the role involves building trusted client relationships from initial conversations through long-term partnerships.
You’ll translate business requirements into clear product direction while collaborating closely with developers and AI-assisted tools.
The position combines product strategy, stakeholder management, consultative communication, and account growth.
You’ll work within a highly distributed international environment alongside professionals across multiple countries and time zones.
This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership while enjoying significant flexibility over where and how you work.
Accountabilities
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, including discovery, product strategy, roadmap definition, prioritization, delivery, and iteration based on client, user, and market feedback.
- Lead client interactions from initial discussions and onboarding through ongoing account management, building relationships that support long-term partnerships.
- Translate client needs, business objectives, and user feedback into clear product requirements and actionable priorities for development teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI-assisted tools to define solutions, clarify requirements, and support effective product delivery.
- Build prototypes and contribute to product strategy, helping stakeholders visualize solutions and align around product direction.
- Communicate product value in a consultative manner by educating and advising clients rather than relying on a transactional sales approach.
- Proactively engage existing accounts to identify issues early, manage expectations, gather feedback, and uncover opportunities for renewal and expansion.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships that contribute to retention, account growth, and referrals.
- Collect, evaluate, and prioritize feedback from clients, users, internal stakeholders, and market signals to continuously improve the product roadmap.
- Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring product priorities and business objectives remain aligned throughout the development process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
