Product Owner - Digital Lead Generation & Engagement

Swindon (hybrid) | Permanent

A large UK financial business is hiring a Product Owner to own its digital products for lead generation, marketing and client engagement. You'll help connect the business with more customers and keep existing clients engaged online.

The role

Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for digital lead and engagement products.

  • Work closely with marketing, advice and technology teams to turn business goals into features that deliver.
  • Prioritise against data on conversion, engagement and lead quality, then measure what lands.
  • Manage stakeholders across a business with a large adviser network.

What you'll bring

  • Product Owner or Product Manager experience in financial services.
  • A track record running digital products for lead generation, marketing or digital engagement. Examples include acquisition journeys, CRM-driven campaigns, client portals and apps.
  • Comfort working in agile delivery and writing clear user stories.
  • A commercial, data-led approach to product decisions.
