Product Owner
📍 Hybrid (UK-based) | 🌍 Help shape the future of sustainable travel

The Role
We’re looking for a structured, curious, and customer-focused Product Owner to join our cross-functional Agile team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and turning ideas into high-quality product outcomes.
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, UX, and our customers - translating strategic goals and user needs into clear, actionable work for the scrum team. You’ll help shape delivery, improve user experiences, and drive data-informed decision making across our B2B SaaS platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys ownership and responsibility, and is looking to grow into broader product leadership over time.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the product backlog in Jira, ensuring work is prioritised, structured, and ready for delivery
- Break down Epics into detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog refinement and work closely with Engineering and QA throughout delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the scrum team
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user problems remain central to product decisions
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback
- Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to triage and prioritise customer-reported issues
- Contribute to UX discussions, workflows, and product usability improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical considerations, architectural trade-offs, and solution design
- Use product data and analytics to measure outcomes and identify optimisation opportunities
- Continuously evaluate existing product and delivery approaches to improve quality and efficiency

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs
- Proven ability to work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Experience writing clear, technically aware product requirements and user stories
- Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous product improvement
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn new domains quickly
- Comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for delivery outcomes

Desirable:
- Background in software development, engineering, or technical architecture
- Experience with travel platforms, booking systems, or transactional/e-commerce products
- Experience with back-office or agent tooling systems
- Additional European language skills
