PURPOSE
Keplin Group is a fast-growing FMCG brand delivering essential products across home, lifestyle, personal care, and seasonal categories. We're looking for an experienced Product Photographer to own product and campaign photography across our brand portfolio — running the studio end to end, from shoot setup through to edited, design-ready imagery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own end-to-end product and campaign photography — from studio setup through to final image handoff - ensuring every shoot runs efficiently and every asset meets brand standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Studio setup
- Plan, set up, and run in-house studio shoots — lighting, backdrops, rigs, and camera setup - for a high volume of SKUs across multiple brands.
- Amazon & e-commerce imagery
- Shoot conversion-optimised product photography, including 360° spins, infographics, and A+ content.
- Campaign & lifestyle photography
- Deliver imagery for catalogues, social media, paid advertising, packaging, and trade show materials.
- Image editing & retouching
- Edit, retouch, and colour-correct images to a polished, brand-consistent standard before passing final files to the design team.
- Production management
- Manage shoot schedules, equipment, and studio maintenance to hit tight product launch deadlines.
- Cross-team planning
- Work closely with the Design Manager and marketing, buying, and e-commerce teams to plan shot lists and campaign concepts.
- Shoot-day leadership
- Brief and direct freelance photographers, assistants, or junior team members where required.
- Brand consistency
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality standard across all product and lifestyle imagery.
- Asset management
- Organise and archive raw and edited image libraries with consistent naming and file structures.
- Location & prop sourcing
- Source and manage props, samples, and location logistics for lifestyle and seasonal shoots.
- Keeping current
- Stay on top of photography trends, marketplace imagery requirements, and new equipment or editing techniques.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
