Shape the Future of Music Technology

We're recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised innovator in music technology, creating products used by music performance, producers and performers across the globe. This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate, collaborative team where music, technology and creativity come together.

This isn't a traditional product role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes music culture, understands the realities of performing and producing, and can turn customer insight into products that shape the future of the industry.

If you're active in music performance, producer or deeply immersed in electronic music, and you're excited by the idea of influencing the next generation of professional music technology, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research customer needs through interviews, workshops and product testing.
  • Gather and analyse market, customer and competitor intelligence.
  • Help define future product concepts and product positioning.
  • Present recommendations to senior stakeholders based on customer evidence and commercial insight.
  • Support the planning and launch of new products across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
  • Build relationships with artists, venues, distributors, retailers and industry partners.
  • Test new hardware, software and services with professional users.
  • Support internal product training and educational activities.
  • Travel internationally to attend meetings, trade shows, customer visits and industry events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
