You'll oversee a broad range of product data, including nutritional information, packaging specifications, pricing, artwork and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain data integrity and support effective business decision-making.
Working across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and EU Marketing Ops teams, you'll coordinate product and data changes, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and key information is communicated accurately and on time.
You'll also coordinate the Investor Board process for new product launches, maintaining visibility of the UK innovation calendar and providing an up-to-date view of the launch pipeline. Working closely with Brand Managers, you'll monitor progress against agreed stage gates, track decisions and actions, and highlight risks or delays that could impact in-market timings.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Maintaining Product Master Data accuracy for the UKI Ice Cream business, ensuring critical product information including commodity codes, GTINs, dimensions, weights, shelf-life, nutritional, regulatory and sustainability-related data remains complete, accurate and compliant with internal and external requirements.
- Managing data quality issues and workflow exceptions, coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders and proactively identifying risks that could impact product launches, customer requirements or business operations.
- Owning end-to-end coordination of customer New Line Forms (NLFs), including the management of supporting information and product samples where required.
- Acting as the central point for product change communications, ensuring stakeholders across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, CSP and Marketing teams are aligned on upcoming changes, key dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Partnering with Marketing, CSP and Finance teams to maintain MOP structures and pricing hierarchies, ensuring accurate product setup, reporting and downstream execution.
- Coordinating the Investor Board process for innovation projects, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records of decisions and actions, and providing visibility of the UK innovation pipeline and launch calendar.
- Monitoring progress against agreed stage gates and maintaining the project risk register, highlighting risks, delays and dependencies that could impact launch readiness, in-market timings or first-order availability.
- Driving continuous improvement of product data processes and governance, identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working, improve data quality and increase operational efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
