Opportunity: X1 6 month FTC
The Role
We are looking for a Product PR Executive to support Norton’s product public relations activity across the UK and international markets.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of product PR, including press fleet coordination, media enquiries, product communications, media activations and events.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and commercially aware, with a strong interest in motorcycles, automotive, media and communications. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with journalists and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Norton’s press and media fleet, including bookings, logistics, maintenance and preparation
- Manage incoming media enquiries and coordinate timely responses with relevant internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and industry media
- Support media activations, product loans, demonstrations and journalist engagement opportunities
- Develop and maintain product PR materials, including press kits, presentations, specification sheets and key messaging
- Work with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date
- Support PR projects and identify opportunities to increase Norton’s presence across motorcycle, automotive, lifestyle and business media
- Support the planning and delivery of product launches, motorcycle shows, industry events and media activities
- Coordinate media attendance, accreditation, schedules and event logistics
- Provide on-the-ground support at events and assist with post-event media follow-up
- Maintain accurate PR, media and press fleet records and support reporting on activity, coverage and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and media partners to deliver effective PR activity

Key Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience within PR, communications, media relations, marketing or a similar role
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing product and technical information
- Confident communicating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and media contacts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
- Experience within the motorcycle, automotive, mobility or consumer product sectors
- Experience coordinating press fleets, product loans or media events
- Experience working with PR agencies and external suppliers
- Knowledge of media monitoring, PR reporting and coverage measurement
- Passion or strong interest in motorcycles and the wider automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence and confidence coordinating vehicle/motorcycle logistics
