How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose

As our Product & Pricing Manager for Residential Mainstream and Interest Only mortgages, you'll combine commercial thinking, market insight and data to keep our products competitive, sustainable and focused on fair customer outcomes.

How you'll make a difference:

  • You'll take ownership of key areas of our mortgage range, using customer, market and competitor insight to balance value, risk, volume and margin.
  • Your analysis will turn complex trends into clear recommendations, helping us respond quickly to market changes, strengthen product performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • You'll also develop and evaluate new product concepts, helping to bring the right solutions to market at the right time.
  • Working across Treasury, Brand Marketing, Operations, Governance and our customer-facing teams, you'll turn decisions into well-managed product launches, withdrawals and changes.
  • You'll make sure information is accurate, compliant and easy to understand, giving colleagues the confidence to support customers effectively.
  • Your expertise will influence senior decision-making and keep the customer at the heart of every product and pricing decision.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in product management or product pricing (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of financial services products
  • Practical data analytics experience
  • Highly numerate and readily able to interpret disparate financial trends
  • Problem solving with ability to draw clear conclusions and recommendations from multiple data sources / trends; creates simplicity from complexity
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Must be very well organised and have good attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast moving environment
