Senior Product Manager - PM
6-Month Initial Contract | Hybrid | Competitive Rate - Inside IR35
Drive delivery for a global consumer platform used by millions of customers worldwide.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a newly established product team focused on recommendation and discovery experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This team is responsible for enhancing the customer journey by connecting products and services through intelligent recommendations, helping users discover the next step in their journey whilst driving engagement and conversion.
The product vision and roadmap are already defined. The focus of this role is execution, delivery and stakeholder leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving delivery across a portfolio of customer-facing products and features
- Coordinating multiple teams across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data and Design
- Managing complex dependencies and ensuring delivery remains on track
- Building strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Aligning teams around priorities, managing competing demands and resolving blockers
- Working closely with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Translating business objectives into actionable product outcomes
- Providing clear communication and progress updates to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering complex digital products at scale
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end platforms
- Experience working alongside UX and UI teams with a customer-first mindset
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to build credibility quickly across engineering, DevOps, commercial and leadership teams
- Experience navigating complex organisational structures and multiple workstreams
- Delivery-focused, highly organised and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments

The Ideal Candidate
This is a role for someone who excels at bringing people together and getting things done.
You'll be a natural relationship builder, able to earn trust across technical teams, challenge constructively, manage competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned towards a common goal.
Whilst product experience is important, stakeholder management, collaboration and delivery leadership are the critical success factors for this assignment.
