Imparta is a global leader in performance improvement for Sales, CX and Leadership. Our research-based methodologies, expert consultants and trainers, and digital and AI-enabled platforms help organisations assess, develop, coach, practise and continuously improve capabilities at global scale.
Our technology portfolio includes digital learning platforms and i-Coach® AI, our agentic AI solution providing personalised assessment, learning, coaching and task support.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Project Manager to join Imparta on a 12-month maternity cover contract within our Platforms & AI function.
This is primarily a project management role embedded within a digital product and technology environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating and driving delivery across multiple digital platform, product and AI-related projects and workstreams. Working closely with Product, Software Development, QA, Project Management, Client Operations and Delivery, you will ensure that plans, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder actions are clearly managed and coordinated.
You will bring structure and visibility across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned and that projects move effectively from planning and development through testing, release and adoption.
Alongside project delivery, you will support the operational processes and ways of working that enable Imparta’s digital platforms to run effectively and scale successfully.
The role will be particularly important as Imparta continues to evolve its digital platform and AI capabilities, including i-Coach AI.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent digital product, platform and AI-related projects and workstreams.
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership and timelines.
- Ensure work is coordinated effectively across Product, Software Development, QA, Delivery, Project Management and Client Operations.
- Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies across projects, proactively identifying potential blockers and escalating where required.
- Maintain visibility across interdependent workstreams and ensure downstream impacts are understood and managed.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, workstream reviews and delivery check-ins, ensuring clear actions and follow-through.
- Provide clear and concise project status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure decisions, actions and changes are appropriately documented and communicated.
- Support prioritisation discussions by providing clear visibility of project dependencies, delivery risks and capacity constraints.
- Help establish effective project governance and ways of working across the Platforms & AI portfolio.
Product Delivery & Release Coordination
- Work closely with Product and Software Development teams to support the successful delivery of product roadmap initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across the product development lifecycle, from planning and refinement through development, testing, release and adoption.
- Coordinate UAT and regression testing activity, including planning, stakeholder participation, timelines and feedback collation.
- Support release readiness and launch planning for new products, platform capabilities and features.
- Ensure relevant operational and client-facing teams are prepared for product and platform changes.
- Coordinate communication, documentation and internal readiness activity around releases.
- Gather post-release feedback and ensure issues, lessons learned and follow-up actions are captured and progressed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
