Job purpose
We are looking for experienced product and propositions professionals to help Acuity Analytics turn complex client needs into integrated, commercially viable and deliverable “One Acuity” solutions – across design, transform, and operate steps – combining front and middle office financial services domain expertise, managed insights and analytics, data and technology transformation, AI capabilities and relevant external partners.
Product and Propositions is a new capability for Acuity, and we are hiring a Product and Propositions Lead for each of our focus segments (banking, asset management and private markets).
Product and Propositions Leads will work alongside Acuity’s Relationship Managers to understand the client’s underlying business problem and coordinate the relevant Specialists and Delivery partners to define the target outcomes, integrated solution, commercial approach and delivery path.
Product and Propositions Leads will support selected large and strategic opportunities, targeted expansion within priority accounts, and the development of reusable product, propositions and IP that can be deployed across Acuity’s sectors and client base.
Key responsibilities
Ownership of proposition for business area
- Working alongside the sales, delivery and corporate strategy teams, develop and own the proposition for the business area
- Develop sector product, propositions and feed recurring client needs into Acuity’s capability, partnership and strategy priorities
- Work with sales and marketing on appropriate GTM campaigns
- Develop reusable proposition content and IP
- Codify “what good looks like” from live pursuits and delivery, including repeatable product and propositions, operating model practices, solution components, benchmarks, playbooks and case studies
- Input into and collaborate with AI Solutions Lab product managers on Acuity’s technology product and accelerators, and with partnerships team on suite of partnership relationships

Shape large and strategic opportunities
- Diagnose the client’s underlying business problem, current operating model, data technology constraints and target outcomes alongside the relationship manager
- Design the integrated Acuity proposition by determining how domain-led managed operations, data and technology transformation, AI capabilities, and relevant external partners should combine to deliver the client’s target outcomes
- Define scope, phasing, assumptions, dependencies and commercial logic; validate feasibility and economics
- Shape proposal narrative and solution content for selected complex opportunities, while Sales owns qualification, pricing, negotiation and close
Expand Acuity’s strategic accounts
- Work with relationship managers to map priority accounts, identify whitespace and design targeted thought-leadership sessions or client workshops
- Convert account insights into specific cross-Acuity opportunities, such as operating model redesign, data modernisation or technology-enabled managed services

Key competencies
- 8-10+ years’ experience in solutions consulting, strategy consulting, digital or AI transformation, proposition development, solution architecture, strategic client relationship management or complex FS business development
- Experience in product, propositions and solutions including AI is essential.
- Credibility and ideally work experience in front and middle office investment or corporate banking, asset management or private markets, with ability to engage senior business, operations, data and technology stakeholders
- Structured client discovery, root-cause analysis and ability to look beyond the stated request
- Ability to design integrated operating model, data, technology and managed services solutions
- Practical understanding of managed services delivery, offshore operating models, data and technology implementation and AI-enabled workflows
- Commercial judgement on pricing concepts, business cases, margin, dependencies and deal economics
- Executive storytelling, workshop facilitation and proposal writing capability
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders without displacing their accountabilities
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
