Job Title

Product Quality and Technical Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Quality and Technical Specialist to join our Technical team and support the delivery of high-quality, compliant and customer-ready products across our Top Fruit category. Working closely with Tesco, our supply base, Kent-based teams, Procurement and Agronomy, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product quality, technical compliance, specifications and reporting across the category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer and source systems, ensuring product specifications, technical information, labels, packaging verification and TPIS requirements are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor quality performance through QSL data, weekly KPI reporting and shelf-life reports.
  • Support product benchmarking, sample evaluations, taste panels and customer visits.
  • Investigate product quality issues and customer refunds, carrying out root cause analysis, following up non-conformances and supporting wider quality assurance and technical compliance activity across the supply chain.
  • Work closely with growers and packing sites to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel to source and packing sites required when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
