Lloyds Wealth aims to improve the way financial advice is offered by making it more affordable, accessible and impactful for more people.

A high-impact opportunity to shape how Lloyds Wealth monitors its products and services, strengthens proposition governance and delivers good outcomes for clients.

At Lloyds Wealth, delivering good client outcomes is at the heart of everything we do. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, we’re looking for an experienced wealth management professional who can combine strong analytical capability, sound judgement and commercial awareness to strengthen how we oversee and report on our proposition.

Location | National, with 40% hybrid working from one of our hub locations (Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Dundee or Bristol)

Type | Fixed Term Contract until 31/03/2028

Salary | £56,060 - £61,666 National, £65,387 - £71,925 London

The role

As Product Reporting Manager, you’ll take a leading role in the ongoing oversight of our products and services, helping ensure they continue to meet client needs, regulatory expectations and the standards we set as a business.

You’ll maintain and develop the framework used to monitor client outcomes across the Lloyds Wealth proposition, including products and services that we manufacture, distribute or refer. This will include leading Consumer Duty reporting, Fair Value Assessments, Proposition Reviews and Target Market reporting, as well as identifying emerging risks and opportunities to improve client outcomes.

Working closely with colleagues across Proposition, Risk, Client Office, Change and Technology, you’ll turn data and insight into clear recommendations and practical action. You’ll help develop dashboards, monitoring indicators, review triggers and escalation processes, ensuring senior leaders and governance forums have the information they need to make effective decisions.

You’ll also support the effective operation of key governance forums, preparing papers, presenting findings and overseeing the delivery of agreed actions. With significant visibility across Lloyds Wealth, you’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, act as a subject matter expert and help drive continuous improvement across the proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
