Product Sales Manager
Location: Field & Home Based – 85% Home Based
Salary: £42,000 Basic + £11,000 OTE + Company Van
The Opportunity
First Achieve is partnered with a growing organisation to recruit a Product Sales Manager to join their sales team.
This is a phone-led, new business sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships from scratch and converting prospects into customers.
You’ll work to a structured daily activity plan, proactively contacting potential customers, generating new opportunities and securing first orders.
The role is predominantly home based, with travel across a designated area and quarterly sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate new business
- Work to a clear and structured daily call plan
- Identify, engage and win new customers
- Convert opportunities into first orders
- Build relationships with new accounts
- Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Support wider sales and marketing campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Strong outbound telephone sales experience
- Comfortable making high volumes of proactive sales calls
- Experience working towards activity and revenue targets
- A strong new-business and results-focused mindset
- Excellent organisation and follow-up skills
- CRM experience would be advantageous

The Role
This is a new-business focused sales position for someone who is confident picking up the phone, engaging prospective customers and driving opportunities through to the first order.
