The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Product Security Co-ordinator role will make an impact:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Security team and broader GS function as required.
  • Coordinate programme activities, meetings, travel arrangements, and action tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Collect, analyze, and present programme metrics, KPIs, and emerging trends.
  • Support intelligence analysis by collating information from multiple sources and preparing analytical summaries.
  • Assist with investigation administration, case tracking, and documentation.
  • Support budget management by tracking expenditure, processing invoices, and monitoring forecasts.
  • Coordinate approval processes, purchase requests, and other internal administrative workflows.
  • Support the management of external vendors alongside senior members of the Product Security team, including tracking deliverables and invoices.
  • Maintain programme documentation, records, and evidence inventories where appropriate.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow up on actions across regions.
  • Support the preparation of materials for leadership meetings, governance reviews, and business updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and programme efficiency.
  • Undertake additional Product Security and Global Security duties as assigned.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, although all education levels and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Previous internship or early-career experience in administration, project coordination, analytics, security, law enforcement support, or a corporate environment is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across international teams.

Travel

Occasional domestic or international travel may be required to support meetings, workshops, or other Product Security activities.
