If you’re someone who loves getting the detail right, enjoys working with data and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great opportunity to join Saga as a Product Set Up Executive.
You’ll be joining our Production team, where you’ll play an important role in making sure our travel products are accurately set up, costed and maintained within our TigerBay system. It’s a hands-on role where your attention to detail really matters, helping to make sure the information our teams rely on is accurate, complete and up to date.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Saga, building relationships with teams including Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting, Product and Revenue Management. From setting up new products and packages to investigating issues and helping improve the way we work, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the day-to-day running of our travel business.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets and data, is naturally curious when something doesn’t quite look right and likes finding practical solutions. You’ll need to be organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and confident picking up new systems.
We work in a hybrid way at Saga, with this team working from our Enbrook office three days a week.
Role Responsibility
As a Product Set Up Executive, you’ll be responsible for making sure our travel products are accurately set up and maintained, with data integrity at the heart of everything you do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately setting up and costing all travel products within the TigerBay system, ensuring data is consistent and accurate.
- Liaising with Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting teams to make sure product information is complete, clear and fit for purpose.
- Maintaining and updating product details in line with production schedules and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Investigating and resolving product setup and costing issues, identifying root causes and putting effective solutions in place.
- Working closely with Product and Revenue Management teams to ensure packages, promotions and costings are correctly loaded and kept up to date.
- Creating and amending itineraries and packages as required, ensuring changes are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting communication and collaboration across teams, responding to queries and helping to build strong working relationships.
- Contributing to ongoing system and process improvement projects, looking for ways we can work more effectively.
- Managing your workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with detail and data and who takes pride in getting things right. You’ll be organised and methodical, but also someone who can think creatively when faced with a problem and isn’t afraid to ask questions or find a better way of doing something.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience working with Excel, with confidence in handling and manipulating data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand how accurate product information supports the wider business.
- Confidence working with detailed product or contract data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues across different teams.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, particularly when priorities or processes change.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with air and land contracts and related terminology.
- Previous experience in a similar data entry, product loading or travel administration role.
