We’re iD Mobile, one of the UK’s leading mobile virtual network operators. We launched in May 2015 and have over 2.6 million subscribers. We’re pretty sure our success has a lot to do with our wide range of feature-packed plans. We offer everything from super-value Pay-as-you-go and SIM-only deals, right up to the latest smartphones from the big-name manufacturers. We’re delighted about our success so far and have very ambitious plans for the future.
iD Mobile is an exciting place to work. We’re a relatively young and dynamic start-up, and we value innovation, imagination, and creativity. If you’ve got a great idea, we’ll help you run with it. We’re passionate about finding new ways to address our customers’ needs. We’re a little different to other start-ups, though, because we’re part of Currys PLC, Europe's leading electrical and mobile retailer. So, while iD Mobile has only been going for a few years, we’re part of a much bigger family.
Join iD Mobile as Product Setup Lead and own the end-to-end technical delivery of setup, configuration, implementation, and launch of mobile tariffs, add-ons, bundles, roaming propositions, and promotional offers across iD Mobile’s technology estate.
You'll lead the configuration and launch of mobile products across our entire technology estate—from tariffs and SIM-only plans to roaming propositions and promotional offers. Working with Marketing, Technology, Billing, CRM, Digital and Operations, you'll translate commercial requirements into executable delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence at every stage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
