Product Setup Lead (MVNO - Service Delivery)

Currys London Campus at Waterloo
Permanent
Full Time
Grade 4

We’re iD Mobile, one of the UK’s leading mobile virtual network operators. We launched in May 2015 and have over 2.6 million subscribers. We’re pretty sure our success has a lot to do with our wide range of feature-packed plans. We offer everything from super-value Pay-as-you-go and SIM-only deals, right up to the latest smartphones from the big-name manufacturers. We’re delighted about our success so far and have very ambitious plans for the future.

iD Mobile is an exciting place to work. We’re a relatively young and dynamic start-up, and we value innovation, imagination, and creativity. If you’ve got a great idea, we’ll help you run with it. We’re passionate about finding new ways to address our customers’ needs. We’re a little different to other start-ups, though, because we’re part of Currys PLC, Europe's leading electrical and mobile retailer. So, while iD Mobile has only been going for a few years, we’re part of a much bigger family.

The Product Setup Lead is responsible for the technical end-to-end setup, configuration, implementation, and launch of mobile tariffs, add-ons, bundles, roaming propositions, and promotional offers across iD Mobile’s technology estate.

Working across Marketing, Technology, Billing, CRM, Digital, and Operations teams, the role ensures new propositions are correctly configured, tested, governed, and launched to market, delivering a seamless customer and operational experience.

The role acts as the bridge between commercial proposition owners and delivery teams, translating product requirements into executable configuration and implementation activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory, billing, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Tariff Setup

  • Lead the configuration and implementation of:
    • Mobile tariffs
    • SIM-only plans
    • Device propositions
    • Data bolt-ons and add-ons
    • Roaming products
    • International calling bundles
    • Family and multi-line propositions
    • Promotional and retention offers
  • Ensure accurate setup of products across billing, CRM, ordering, and digital platforms
  • Maintain product catalogue integrity and governance
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including launches, amendments, and retirement of propositions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
