About the Role

We’re hiring a versatile Product Marketing & Social Content Generalist to help define how Synthflow shows up in the market. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Marketing, turning product developments, customer insights, and market trends into clear narratives and high-quality content. This is a hands-on IC role for someone with strong taste, sharp writing, and a genuine instinct for what works online.

What you’ll do

  • Own Synthflow’s product and market narrative, translating product capabilities, launches, customer proof points, and market insights into clear positioning and messaging
  • Build and run Synthflow’s social content engine, particularly LinkedIn, across company, founder, product, and customer stories
  • Partner with Product and GTM on launches, sales narratives, customer stories, and enablement materials
  • Create high-quality content across social, product announcements, campaigns, case studies, events, and lightweight PR
  • Use market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to continuously improve our messaging and distribution
  • Help build Synthflow’s wider brand and community presence across customers, partners, events, and the AI ecosystem

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
