Responsibilities
- Drive product operation work focusing on buyer and seller logistics experience. This involves enhancing consumer logistics experience and merchant logistics experience, such as optimizing delivery time, increasing estimated delivery time accuracy, improving trajectory anomaly handling, and enhancing the precision of consumer interface.
- By leveraging AI and innovative methods, efficiently integrate and coordinate with logistics service providers to fulfill orders with high quality.
- Form comprehensive and effective logistics product solutions from a product operation perspective, leveraging profound data analysis skills and logistics industry experience.
- Carry out market research and in-depth insight analysis. Utilize the results to contribute to product go to market strategies and product function enhancements.
- By optimizing platform logistics strategies such as order allocation and routing, improve end-to-end efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in product operation related to logistics or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in logistics industry systems and a well-established knowledge framework.
- Excellent analytical, cross-department coordination, communication and judgment capabilities.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of making accurate judgments about the essence of things and formulating effective product solutions through data analysis and business insights.
- E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, with a spirit of exploration and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent communication in Chinese is required to communicate with internal stakeholders (Product, RD) based in China in order to carry out daily work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international ecommerce logistics is a plus.
- Experienced in merchant fulfillment and logistics operations (e.g, address management, order tracking, etc.) is a plus
- Previous work experience in logistics product management and business analysis is preferred.
