Product Solutions Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Solutions Specialist based in United Kingdom.
This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, customer success, business analysis, and technical delivery.
You will guide customers through implementation, from solution discovery and requirements gathering to testing, rollout, and adoption.
Your work will help organizations translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You will act as a trusted product partner, balancing customer needs with maintainability, technical feasibility, and established best practices.
Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, you will translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
You will join a fully remote, international, mission-driven environment focused on using technology to create a more sustainable aviation industry.
The role offers significant ownership, customer exposure, and opportunities to continuously develop your product, technical, and stakeholder-management expertise.
Accountabilities
- Act as the primary product contact for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, customization, rollout, and adoption.
- Guide customers toward recommended workflows, processes, and best practices while helping them maximize the value of the products they implement.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, operational challenges, business objectives, and technical environments.
- Gather, challenge, refine, and validate business and technical requirements to ensure they are complete, actionable, and scalable.
- Identify opportunities to address customer needs using existing product capabilities before recommending custom development or customization.
- Define solution approaches, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria based on validated customer requirements.
- Translate technical concepts, implementation considerations, and solution trade-offs clearly for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Own the functional delivery of customization projects from discovery through deployment, coordinating closely with Engineering throughout development and testing.
- Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, rollout activities, training, and customer sign-off.
- Manage scope and customer expectations while balancing specific requirements with long-term product maintainability and scalability.
- Partner with Product Managers when customer requirements have implications for product strategy, roadmap priorities, or platform architecture.
- Monitor adoption and outcomes to ensure delivered solutions achieve their intended business objectives and generate measurable customer value.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Solutions, Implementation, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, customer implementation methodologies, and software delivery processes.
- Solid technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software implementation concepts.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into structured technical or functional specifications.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and relationship-building capabilities, with confidence navigating competing priorities and expectations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple implementation and customization workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess requirements and identify scalable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills at C1 level or above.
- Comfortable collaborating with Engineering and Product teams without necessarily having a software engineering background.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies is desirable.
- Experience creating product documentation, training materials, or user guides is advantageous.
- Experience conducting market or competitor research is a plus.
- Experience in aviation, airline operations, airline catering, supply chain, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–15% for customer workshops, requirements engineering, training, and related activities, in addition to two annual one-week team events.
