Product Specialist – Legal Technology - £40k – Nottingham – Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)

My client, a global Law Firm, is recruiting for a Product Specialist focussed on Legal Technology. The successful candidate will be passionate about legal technology, innovation and helping lawyers work smarter. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation, supporting lawyers, business teams, and clients with cutting-edge solutions that enhance productivity and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the firm's Productivity Solutions strategy.
  • Become the go-to expert for a portfolio of legal technology products.
  • Drive user engagement, adoption, and best practice usage across the business.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex product issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support product maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Design, test, and implement technology solutions that improve lawyer productivity and client experience.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and awareness initiatives across practice groups.
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions and explore new product opportunities.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and technology best practices to support successful product delivery.

  • Experience supporting or managing legal technology, productivity, or business applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile working practices and project delivery methodologies.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • A continuous improvement approach and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI.
