As a Product Specialist, you will:
- Manage and prioritize support cases, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
- Investigate technical issues by gathering context, reproducing problems, and identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to deepen your understanding and resolve complex cases.
- Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and creating reusable content for clients and teammates.
- Participate in team meetings to share your learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and HTML.
- Clear communication skills in English (written and spoken), as you’ll work closely with clients in the United States.
- Availability to work a regular 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday, as this role supports clients during these hours.
