The role
Join MPB as a Product Specialist and play a crucial role in transforming the photography and videography gear marketplace! As a key member of our team, you’ll use your expertise to meticulously grade, list, and capture stunning photographs of each product. Your precision ensures each item is presented flawlessly, facilitating smooth transactions and maintaining rigorous quality checks.
What you will be doing
- Testing items of stock such as DSLRs, lenses, and cinematography equipment.
- Processing all inbound transactions through our in-house software system.
- Preparing, photographing, and writing descriptions of items for sale.
- Ensuring items are ready to be published to our marketplace.
- Supporting customer satisfaction and maintaining MPB's high standards.
What we are looking for
- Preferably a solid knowledge of camera equipment and related technology, but we are also open to people with a genuine interest in photography and videography.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfort with digital tools and a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with targets.
