A career without limits
As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain. It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.
This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues. So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.
We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.
The role: Product Specialist, Offer & Order Solutions
Join our Offer & Order Solutions team and help shape the future of airline retailing at British Airways.
We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead our Order Domain, responsible for the products, processes and automation capabilities that protect revenue and inventory while enabling effective management and servicing of reservations, ticketing and order-related activity across the British Airways and Amadeus ecosystem.
As a Product Specialist within Offer & Order Solutions (part of eCommerce & Platforms), you will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of products that sit at the heart of British Airways' commercial operations. Working closely with business, technology and supplier partners, you will lead a team responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational performance and the delivery of strategic initiatives that support both customer experience and commercial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
