Job Description
Location: Donnelly Bros, 101 Irvinestown Road, Kilmacormick
As Donnelly Group Enniskillen continues to grow its Volkswagen business, we're looking for energetic, motivated people to join us on this exciting journey.
We're recruiting a Volkswagen Product Specialist who can deliver a customer experience that reflects the high standards, professionalism, and customer-first approach that have made Donnelly Group one of the leading names in the motor industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and wants to build a successful career within a progressive and growing business.

Think of yourself as a guide; a brand ambassador. The person who makes a customer’s journey memorable, exciting, and simple.
In This Role, You Will
- Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and Volkswagen
- Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
- Become an expert in the full Volkswagen model range
- Deliver personalized experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
- Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise

Required Criteria
- Right to Work in the UK
- Full Valid Drivers Licence
- Educated to GCSE level with 5 passes to include English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
