Product Delivery Employee Benefits Technology Hybrid - London

Our client is a well-funded employee benefits technology business, growing fast and building a marketplace that rethinks how companies put benefits in front of their people. The product is well into development and already being shown to the market. It's a proper tech-first build, with serious money behind it and a lot of pace.

They need a Product Delivery Coordinator to keep that build moving and hold the moving parts together. It's a broad, hands-on seat right next to the product teams, and for the right person it's a clear way into Product Management.

What the role involves

  • Being the person who keeps a fast-moving build organised, so the Product Leads can stay heads-down on building
  • Holding the threads together between the product teams, the wider business and the technology partner working alongside them - ensuring all parties are aligned
  • Keeping a live, honest picture of delivery, including what could impact it, and what's waiting to move
  • Owning the governance rhythm, so decisions are made with the correct process
  • Keeping the Agile cadence in place, the planning, the stand-ups, the reviews and the look back sessions
  • Helping product get from build to test to release
  • Making sure the tooling reflects reality across Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence
  • Noticing inefficient working processes in how the team and taking proactive steps in fixing it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

  • You've done this somewhere that moves quickly, a start-up or scale-up, where order is something you bring rather than inherit
  • You understand technology well enough to coordinate a real product build and talk on the level with the people building it, without needing to be an engineer yourself
  • Enterprise Agile is familiar ground, SAFe in particular, along with the machinery around it like WSJF, PI or Big Room planning and QBRs
  • Organised to the core and easy for stakeholders to deal with, with the kind of follow-up that means nothing slips away unnoticed
  • A busy, several-things-at-once environment is where you're at your best
  • You're drawn to product, and curious about how good ones actually get shaped around the people using them
  • Having worked with an external delivery partner before will help you settle faster

Why this, why now

  • It's early, the momentum and the money are both real, and what you do now shapes how the whole thing lands
  • The route into Product Management isn't a maybe, this seat is deliberately built as the way in
  • You'll pick up the harder craft in a live setting, next to senior people who already know it
  • Employee benefits is overdue a proper rethink, and this is a serious go at it

Our client is building something new, with significant backing and real momentum. If you've held a fast build together before and you want a genuine run at Product Management, it's worth a conversation.
