Product Strategy Lead
London - Hybrid, 2 days per week
Up to £80,000
An exciting opportunity for a Product Strategy Lead to help shape and build a new product strategy capability within a fast-growing digital consultancy. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, e-commerce, and client leadership, offering the chance to influence both client outcomes and the future direction of the business.

The Role
As the Product Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining product strategy for a portfolio of e-commerce clients while helping establish a new strategic product function within the business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading product strategy across digital and e-commerce initiatives for a range of client accounts
- Working closely with clients to understand business objectives, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Identifying new products, services, and propositions that deliver measurable commercial impact
- Developing product strategies from discovery through to execution
- Collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Facilitating strategic workshops and presenting recommendations to senior decision-makers
- Driving account growth through the identification of new opportunities and value creation
- Embedding AI-led thinking into products, customer journeys, and internal ways of working
- Helping shape and evolve the organisation's broader product strategy offering
- Operating in a highly collaborative environment with significant autonomy and ownership
Your Skills & Experience

You will bring:
- Strong experience in product strategy, digital strategy, or product management roles
- You must come from an agency background, working with Ecommerce clients
- Proven success delivering commercial outcomes and driving business growth through digital products
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys
- Strong understanding of UX, CRO, APIs, SEO, integrations, and modern commerce ecosystems
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and clients
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to bridge commercial, technical, and customer needs
- Experience incorporating AI into products, services, or operational processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach
