Product Strategy Lead
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Performance Bonus
A great opportunity to shape and lead a new product strategy function within a fast-growing digital commerce consultancy. This role combines product thinking, commercial strategy and client leadership, giving you real ownership over how new products, propositions and growth opportunities are developed.

The Role
- Lead product strategy across e-commerce and digital experience projects
- Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities and solve business challenges
- Develop new products, services and propositions
- Work closely with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life
- Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Use data, customer insight and market trends to inform recommendations
- Explore how AI can enhance products, processes and customer experiences
- Help build and shape a new strategic capability within the business
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in product strategy, digital strategy or product management
- Agency, consultancy or client-facing experience
- Strong e-commerce knowledge, including platforms such as Shopify
- Understanding of UX, CRO, APIs, SEO and digital product development
- Commercially minded with a track record of driving business impact
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience using AI to improve products, workflows or customer outcomes
