Product Strategy Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £80,000

An opportunity for a commercially focused Product Strategy Lead to lead client partnerships, shape digital commerce strategies, and drive growth across a portfolio of eCommerce projects. This role offers a blend of strategic consulting, stakeholder management, and commercial leadership within a collaborative digital environment.

The Role

  • Lead and develop senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Define commerce strategies that align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support commercial development.
  • Collaborate with technology, design, and delivery teams to shape solutions.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, resourcing, and delivery expectations.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritised workstreams and roadmaps.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to inform recommendations and measure success.
  • Support delivery teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience within eCommerce, digital consulting, client services, or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and commercial relationships.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital products, and customer experience strategy.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, scope, and delivery processes.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative leadership style and commitment to delivering client value.
