The Company
This is an opportunity to join a specialist eCommerce consultancy and digital product agency working with ambitious global brands to create better digital experiences and drive commercial growth! The business sits at the intersection of eCommerce, product, strategy, design, technology and AI, helping brands rethink how they build and operate their digital experiences; rather than relying on traditional all-in-one platforms, they help clients explore more flexible, modular approaches, including headless CMS, composable commerce and modular checkout solutions, giving brands greater flexibility, performance and control. The business is part of a much larger global digital experience group, combining the pace and autonomy of a specialist consultancy with the scale and capabilities of a global organisation.
The Role
As Product Strategy Lead, you'll be a senior strategic hire responsible for helping shape a new product strategy capability within the business. You'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their commercial challenges, identify opportunities and turn those opportunities into products, propositions and digital experiences that can actually be built and launched. You'll sit at the intersection of product, strategy, eCommerce and client leadership, working closely with designers, engineers and other strategists throughout the process. This is a role with genuine autonomy. You'll help shape how the new strategic product function operates, the propositions it takes to market and how it creates value for clients. You'll also play an important role in growing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the commercial relationship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
