Job Description

Product Success Partner (U4 Financials)

At Unit4, our Product Success Partners (PSPs) bring deep product expertise into the customer journey, helping customers unlock more value from their Unit4 Financials solutions through Success4U. Working alongside Customer Success Managers, PSPs turn product capability into measurable business outcomes by driving adoption, optimisation, and value realisation across finance processes.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to shape and evolve customer Success Plans, linking business objectives to product adoption, process optimisation, and measurable value.
  • Use deep knowledge of Unit4 Financials to identify adoption gaps, optimisation opportunities, and best-practice approaches across Financials, Procurement, Reporting, Budgeting, and related finance processes.
  • Help customers improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, compliance, and decision-making through effective use of Unit4 Financials capabilities.
  • Guide customers towards scalable, future-ready ways of working by promoting standard functionality, reducing customisation, and encouraging adoption of new capabilities.
  • Analyse customer usage patterns and business processes to identify opportunities for increased value realisation and operational improvement.
  • Support Value Enhancement Services (VES) by triaging customer needs and aligning them to appropriate outcome-based packages, assessments, or optimisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Product Management, and Customer Excellence teams to remove blockers and accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Bring the voice of the customer back into Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to influence continuous product and service improvements.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on financial process optimisation, reporting best practices, and digital transformation initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
