Job Title: Product Support Coordinator
Salary: £26,600 - £32,600
Location: Cambridge, UK/Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week working from the office
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week

About The Role
Are you an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys bringing people, processes and priorities together? Join our IELTS product team and play a key role in supporting product initiatives that help people around the world access education, employment and migration opportunities.
As a Product Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our product function, helping teams collaborate effectively, improving ways of working and ensuring key priorities continue to move forward. Working closely with Product Managers, delivery and technology teams, and external suppliers, you'll provide the coordination and operational support that enables successful product outcomes.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating information to support governance activities, stakeholder engagement, product reporting, roadmaps, OKRs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Organising and supporting workshops, hybrid meetings, events and team activities.
- Providing support across collaboration and product tools, including Jira, Confluence, Miro and Planner.
- Assisting with product delivery activities, including defect tracking, testing, reporting, user feedback capture and supplier engagement.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training activities across the team.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience supporting teams within a project, product delivery or operational environment.
- Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving ways of working.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- Experience using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar platforms.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
