Role: Product Support Engineer

Location: London (3 days a week)
Employment: Fulltime (SC Cleared & NPPV3 Cleared)

The role is required to support how intelligence is collected, managed, and shared to help the client tackle economic crime, including fraud, insider dealing, and regulatory breaches. It acts as an enabler role, making sure the systems, processes, and relationships are in place so intelligence can flow effectively across teams and external partners. The role is critical because it enables the intelligence function to operate effectively, which in turn supports enforcement actions and the client's wider mission to combat financial crime.

The purpose of the role is:

  • Keeping intelligence systems running smoothly and securely.
  • Ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time.
  • Helping internal and external users make effective use of those systems.
  • Supporting oversight, audit, and improvement of intelligence processes.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Systems & operational support

  • Act as a system administrator for key intelligence platforms.
  • Maintain, monitor, and improve systems.
  • Handle upgrades, renewals, and day-to-day issues.
  • Support testing (UAT) and implementation of new features.

Access & governance

  • Implement requisite controls and assurance:
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and permissions.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements. Produce management information (MI) and support audits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
