We are at the forefront of the fire and security integrator market in the UK and have an enviable reputation for excellence and client portfolio. Typical clients include Government, Utilities, Healthcare, MOJ and MOD to name a few. Due to a major contract win G4S are looking to recruit two dedicated Product Support Engineer based out of our Belfast office.
What will you be doing
- Providing remote help desk support for a range of security systems, including Intruders, Access Control, Body Worn Cameras, CCTV, Intercom, Key Management Network, and 2 way audio.
- Providing technical support and diagnostics to G4S Engineers and other G4S site-based employees around the UK with a view to resolving as many system faults remotely as possible.
- Remote commissioning of sites in conjunction with the site-based installation teams.
- Provision of remote PPM activities on intruder alarm systems and collation of results onwards to the account management and admin functions.

What we are looking for
- Ideally experience with integrated security equipment.
- Track record of commissioning Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and PA systems.
- Previous experience of offering remote/phone technical support.
- Experienced in network addressing.

There is also some must haves
- Must be able to pass BS7858 screening.
- Clean full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Some government sites will require further screening.
