Product Support Manager – Customer Help Content
London | 6-month contract | £50.96 per hour | 40 hours per week
We’re looking for a proactive Product Support Manager to help create and maintain clear, accurate support content for a leading consumer technology organisation.
You’ll work with content strategists and cross-functional product teams to understand new features and turn them into helpful guidance for users. The team uses AI tools to support content creation, with people reviewing and editing the material before publication.
What you’ll do
- Create and update external help-centre content for consumer technology products.
- Use AI tools to support drafting, then review and edit content for accuracy, clarity and usefulness.
- Meet with product and cross-functional partners to understand updates, features and user needs.
- Coordinate content workflows, agree timelines and keep delivery on track.
- Troubleshoot problems, navigate ambiguity and find practical solutions.
- Follow agreed processes and consider the impact of content on users.
- Work collaboratively to resolve issues and help prevent unnecessary escalations.

What we’re looking for
You may have experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, Content Specialist, Support Specialist or in a similar role. Experience creating help-centre articles, knowledge-base content, support materials or user guidance for digital products will be valuable.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Good judgement and attention to detail when reviewing content.
- Experience managing deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Confidence solving problems and working through changing or unclear requirements.
- An interest in using AI tools to create or improve content.
Direct experience with the organisation’s products isn’t required. Training and a buddy programme are provided.
Working arrangements
The role follows UK business hours, with occasional slightly later meetings to connect with US-based colleagues. There will be one interview with the hiring manager.
