Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Support Representative to join our ever evolving Corporate team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Delivering an exceptional support experience to our customers by providing expert guidance and resolving a wide range of product-related queries.
  • Deliver high-quality support to Worldpay clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for product and service-related enquiries.
  • Handle incoming customer requests and work to resolve issues associated with product installation, operation, maintenance, and functionality.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns relating to account updates, payment processing, billing enquiries, orders, and other service-related issues.
  • Provide in-depth product support, researching complex issues and identifying effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems, recommending and implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and recurring trends to support continuous improvement initiatives, product enhancements, and quality programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a customer support, technical support, helpdesk, or service environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems and products quickly.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Banking or Payments experience
  • Knowledge of Worldpay products
