Product Support Specialist Coffee Machines
West Midlands | Office Based
£33,000 - £37,500 (after probation) + Benefits
Ready to take your coffee machine engineering experience off the road?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Service Coffee Machine Engineer looking to move into an office-based technical role, while continuing to use the knowledge and expertise they've built in the field.
You'll join a global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending equipment, providing technical support to engineers, service partners and customers across the UK and Ireland.
What You'll Be Doing

- Provide technical support and advice to field engineers
- Diagnose coffee machine faults remotely and recommend solutions
- Assist with complex technical queries and troubleshooting
- Support installations, commissioning and repairs
- Use telemetry and remote monitoring systems to identify machine issues
- Provide product and technical training to engineers and customers
- Help develop technical knowledge and troubleshooting resources
- Work closely with the wider technical and product teams
There may be occasional travel for training, exhibitions and technical events, but this is predominantly an office-based position.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced coffee machine engineers who are ready for a change from constant field-based work.

You'll ideally have:
- Strong experience servicing and repairing professional coffee machines
- Excellent electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience working independently in a field service environment
- Strong technical problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and the confidence to support other engineers
- An interest in using technology, telemetry and remote diagnostics
