Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer product questions and support requests.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Guide customers through product features and functionality.
- Document support cases accurately and escalate complex issues when required.
- Work with internal teams to help improve the customer and product experience.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with customers across the EMEA region.
