Product Support Specialist - EMEA (Remote)

Weโ€™re looking for an enthusiastic Product Support Specialist to support customers across the EMEA region. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly and helping customers get the best experience from digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer product questions and support requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionality.
  • Document support cases accurately and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Work with internal teams to help improve the customer and product experience.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with customers across the EMEA region.
