Location: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster, Kingswinford, Walsall
Salary: £33k - £37k DOE, 25 days holiday, plus BH, pension

The Company
An established global manufacturer of premium coffee and vending equipment is seeking a Product Support Specialist to support its growing network of distributors across the UK and Ireland.
This is a specialist role focused on connected coffee machines, telemetry, and cloud-based diagnostics—ideal for someone who combines hands-on coffee machine experience with strong IT and data capability.
The Role
You will act as the primary technical contact for distributors, supporting connected equipment through remote diagnostics, cloud platforms, and telemetry systems.

This is not a purely field service role—you'll be using machine data, push/pull communication, and cloud systems to identify faults, improve performance, and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert remote support for connected coffee machines
- Diagnose faults using cloud-based telemetry platforms
- Work with push & pull data technologies to analyse machine performance
- Support distributors with technical issues, system setup, and optimisation
- Translate machine data into clear actions for engineers and customers
- Deliver training on telemetry systems and remote diagnostics tools
- Log and manage cases via CRM/helpdesk systems

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience with professional coffee machines (diagnostics/repair/support)
- Experience working with cloud platforms and connected/IoT systems
- Strong understanding of push and pull data communication technologies
- Experience using telemetry for remote diagnostics and monitoring
- Good knowledge of connectivity (Wi-Fi, SIM, data networks)
- Customer-facing technical support experience
