Job Purpose
There is an exciting opportunity to join the product support & technical training team on a year long internship, we are looking for an enthusiastic engineering student or college graduate with a keen interest in land-based engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site testing of tractors, investigating and replicating faults found by dealers, then reporting findings to the relevant product specialists, helping to constantly improve products.
- Help with connected units and the telematics program ensuring the dealer network are optimizing the technology.
- Occasional dealer visits assisting field service technicians, diagnosing and repairing machines.
- Support the technical training team preparing, conducting and developing training courses.

Experience Required
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems and electrics (further training will be provided).
- An understanding of agriculture is beneficial, a keen interest in machines is essential.
- Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture.
- The motivation to learn quickly and develop on existing knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- A driving license is essential.
