Product Sustaining Engineer – Thermal Management Solutions (TMS)

Location

Bristol – Hybrid

Salary

£58,000 - £63,000

An exciting opportunity is available for a Product Sustaining Engineer to join a global high-technology engineering organisation, supporting innovative thermal management products throughout their lifecycle.

You’ll lead product improvements, engineering changes and technical problem-solving, working closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams.

We’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sustaining, product development or manufacturing engineering
  • Mechanical, Electromechanical or Product Design Engineering background
  • Strong 3D CAD and engineering drawing skills
  • Experience with commercially released products and engineering changes
  • Ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Thermal management, heating, fluid control or industrial equipment experience is advantageous
