About The Role

Based in Plymouth, this permanent Product Technologist position with Pertemps Plymouth offers a competitive salary. The Role

Working closely with suppliers, buying teams, and third-party partners, you'll play a key role in product quality, safety, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Duties Include

  • Reviewing product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Coordinating product testing, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Analysing certification and quality data.
  • Supporting new product launches and development projects.
  • Investigating quality issues and identifying solutions.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Naturally curious and confident analysing data.
  • Able to build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced within Product Technology, Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar technical role.

Knowledge of product testing, specifications, quality processes, or compliance standards would be advantageous.
