Product Trainer
Help UK estate agents get the most from Loop
We're looking for a Product Trainer with estate agency experience to get our clients confident on Loop. Knowledge of lettings, property management and client accounting will give you a big head start.
About Loop
Loop builds software that helps UK estate agents source, secure, service and sell more property. Agencies use Loop to run their listings, lettings, communications and day-to-day operations.
We provide Loop as a subscription platform, with in-app products and services, data migration from legacy systems, and client websites built by our in-house Studio team. Great software only matters if people use it well. That's where you come in.
We're big enough to matter and small enough to care. No politics, no fuss. Every Looper owns their work and has the freedom to get on with it.
The role
You'll train our clients to use Loop every day, across sales, lettings, property management and client accounting. You'll deliver training onsite at agency offices, online and through webinars, for new clients moving onto Loop and existing clients who want to get more from it.
The role is mostly remote. You'll spend a couple of days a month at head office, and the rest at home or with clients. Being centrally located matters because you'll travel regularly to offices across the UK, with some overnight stays when the diary demands it.
You'll work closely with Client Services and Project Management during new client implementations, and with Product to stay on top of what's new and what's coming.
This role gives you a voice in how Loop develops. You’ll hear directly from the people using our software, identify common needs and share clear, constructive feedback with our Product team to help shape future improvements. The relationships you build by training our client base will stay with you for life. It's a great place to be.
What you'll do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
