- Design, embed and scale new ways of working, best practices, and guiding principles for GSP and Sky/NOW teams.
- Forge close partnerships with product and data teams, diving into performance metrics to measure the success of our improvements and innovations.
- Tackle complex challenges with a structured, analytical approach, cultivating cross-functional relationships and steering outcomes in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Develop compelling, tailored presentations that convey your recommendations clearly and inspire leadership teams to action.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders across all levels, engaging them early, often, and meaningfully to create a shared vision and momentum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience working within a digital product environment, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design and Data teams in a product role or in business/consulting/transformation roles.
- Clear and demonstrable understanding of product development principles, roadmaps, prioritisation and customer outcomes.
- Proven track record of taking loosely defined strategic or operational challenges and turning them into structured recommendations and seeing them through to execution. Comfortable starting with a blank sheet of paper.
- Experience in creating or significantly improving processes e.g. governance, planning processes, decision-making forums, intake models, prioritisation frameworks or cross-functional operating rhythms. Ability to spot recurring patterns and issues to define solutions instead of simply following established processes. You think beyond individual workstreams to optimise the wider organisation.
- Demonstrable and proven experience working directly with senior leadership teams and being able to influence decisions.
- Can showcase experience and maturity in navigating conflicting priorities to build alignment across multiple teams without formal authority, anticipating risks and removing blockers without waiting for direction.
- Able to produce high-quality executive presentations, decision papers and concise written communications. Able to distill complex topics into clear recommendations for senior audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to ‘see around corners’ and anticipate risk, striving for the answer to 'so what’ and pre-empting solutions.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Ideally, your experience would be in a global media product, entertainment business/consulting or similar DTC industries.
- Experience working with working with Data and Analytics teams - Comfortable interpreting customer, product and commercial data to support decision-making. You understand trade-offs between customer value, business outcomes and delivery constraints.
- Comfortable with using AI – experience in using and building agentic workflows to automate tasks and improve processes.
