About us
We are a modern luxury garment care and laundry business operating out of our dedicated production facility in Battersea. We combine expert garment care with a seamless digital collection and delivery service. We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to join our team at the heart of our production hub.
Role Overview
As an Operations & Fulfillment Assistant, you will be the anchor of our daily operations. Based at our Battersea plant, you will manage the vital bridge between our online customers, our drivers, and our production floor.
Important Note: This is a non-processing operational and administrative role. You will not be handling the washing, dry cleaning, or pressing of garments; instead, you will focus entirely on order management, intake, quality control, customer communication, and logistics coordination.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
