Administration Executive
HPCi Media is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administration Executive to join our production team. This role offers an opportunity for growth, beginning with core content management responsibilities and expanding into social media, marketing and digital publications as you demonstrate proficiency.
We recognise that the traditional 9–5 isn’t right for everyone. While this is advertised as a full-time position, we’re open to discussing part-time hours or flexible working arrangements, particularly for candidates balancing work with parenting or other commitments.
Initial Responsibilities
- Upload and publish press releases using our content management system (CMS)
- Manage banner uploads through our internal banner hosting system
- Populate and maintain company profiles across all digital platforms
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across multiple channels

Up to £24,000 per annum
