About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Administrator to join our Production team on a full-time, fixed-term basis, until September 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our brewery by providing administrative support across Engineering, Brewing, Packaging, and Quality.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, working with the wider production team, you'll coordinate purchasing, supplier and contractor administration, maintenance planning, compliance records, and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. You'll also work with colleagues across the wider Production department, ensuring key systems, records, and processes remain accurate, organised, and audit-ready.

If you enjoy organising information, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting operational teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the Production department, with a particular focus on Engineering activities
  • Ordering engineering parts, utility consumables, and general consumables from approved suppliers to maintain stock availability
  • Coordinating suppliers and contractors, ensuring maintenance activities are planned and organised in advance
  • Maintaining engineering records, compliance documentation, utility reports, and maintenance information
  • Completing monthly critical spares stock takes and accurately recording parts usage
  • Uploading and maintaining water testing, boiler water, wastewater, contractor maintenance, and compliance reports within the Quality Management System
  • Supporting the Quality Assurance team with administrative tasks, including Quality Management System reviews, incoming label positive release, quality index reviews, and non-conformance administration
  • Coordinating Engineering team training, maintaining training records, and supporting the control of SOPs and Risk Assessments
  • Producing accurate reports and information to support engineering planning and operational decision-making
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues across Engineering, Brewing, Packaging, and Quality, as well as external suppliers and contractors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
