ABOUT E.L.V. DENIM

E.L.V. DENIM’s mission is to turn used, discarded garments into iconic wardrobe staples. Operating from a zero-waste ethos, every piece of fabric used in production is chosen to have minimal environmental impact. We work with local launderettes and in-house facilities to restore materials and make the most of their potential, and we manufacture with local ateliers in East London to minimise waste, water use and carbon footprint. Considered choices in design and production are central to everything we do, because we believe that’s what it takes to create a truly sustainable product.

THE ROLE

E.L.V. DENIM runs a fast-paced studio covering design development, production, sourcing and special projects, working exclusively with upcycled materials. The Production and Operations Manager will report directly to the Founder / Creative Director and work closely with the studio team and interns across multiple deadlines and projects. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our studio in Stoke Newington, N16.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Sampling and Production Management

  • Create and manage the critical path for sampling, bulk production and DTC orders.
  • Liaise with factories and suppliers to place purchase orders, negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the studio team and freelancers to deliver timely in-house production.
  • Oversee and support the team in preparing factory send-outs, accurate technical documents, quality control and packing of finished goods.
  • Maintain all product costings in Zedonk.
  • Resolve production issues as they arise and communicate any associated delays and contingency plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess the capacity and capabilities of our supplier network, planning for future growth and improved quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
