Area Coordinator - Manufacturing Process
Location: King's Lynn
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00am - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 - alternating weeks
Department: Operations
Contract Type: Fulltime, Permanent, Monthly Paid

We're looking for an experienced Area Coordinator - Manufacturing Process to lead production teams within our King's Lynn site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering production plans, managing people, driving performance, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and Health & Safety are maintained.

- Lead, motivate, and develop teams of up to 17 operatives.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.
- Drive Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP compliance.
- Monitor key KPIs including productivity, yield, waste, downtime, and attendance.
- Conduct team briefings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support training, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
- Deputise for the Area Manager when required.
About You
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills.
- Computer literate with good problem-solving ability.
